Aldrin
CRM/ERP for SME
Aldrin is a purpose-built CRM and ERP platform designed specifically for small to mid-sized businesses in the retail manufacturing sector. Developed in-house under my product leadership at OneSolomons, Aldrin integrates customer relationship management, scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and payment processing into one seamless system.

Engineered for efficiency and scalability, Aldrin has driven measurable improvements in sales performance, operational transparency, and workflow automation. Its modular architecture supports monthly feature releases, allowing the platform to evolve with the business and maintain a strong competitive edge.

By aligning process automation with frontline sales and customer service functions, Aldrin has become a central pillar in scaling OneSolomons’ commercial operations — and a proof point of how well-executed product strategy can transform an established business.

OneSolomons App
Empowering Staff and Enhancing Customer Engagement
The OneSolomons Mobile App is a purpose-built internal platform designed to empower staff, enhance customer engagement, and streamline communication across the organisation.
Serving as a central knowledge hub, the app functions as a real-time wiki and resource library, ensuring sales and support teams have instant access to tools, pricing, product specs, and training material — even in the field.
Beyond information access, the app fosters cross-departmental transparency and alignment, providing updates, process changes, and business developments in one accessible space.
Built with sales performance in mind, it also serves as a dynamic selling tool, equipping consultants with live data and digital assets to deliver a seamless customer experience — from consultation to close.
This project reflects OneSolomons’ commitment to efficiency, internal alignment, and service excellence, and showcases how the right digital tools can elevate both team performance and customer satisfaction.
BMAD
Community Building Through Leadership
As a founding organiser of Brisbane’s only Meetup group dedicated exclusively to mobile app development across Android, iOS, and cross-platform frameworks, I played a key role in building the community from the ground up.
Through strategic marketing, operations oversight, and sponsorship acquisition, I helped grow the group from just 7 members to nearly 1,000, creating a thriving network of developers, designers, and product professionals.
I also curated and hosted regular events, sourcing speakers from around the world and sharing my own insights through product-focused talks. These sessions not only fostered knowledge-sharing but also helped build meaningful connections with stakeholders in both public and private sector innovation spaces.
Brisbane Mobile App Hackathon
Driving Innovation Through Real-World Product Challenges
I spearheaded the creation of Brisbane’s first dedicated mobile app hackathon — a unique, region-first initiative designed to connect aspiring founders, designers, and developers through a high-impact, real-world product challenge.
Held annually over two days, the event challenges teams to build functional prototype apps for real startups, based on live briefs and evaluated by experienced industry judges. It offers participants a rare opportunity to experience the full product lifecycle — from ideation and team collaboration to UX, development, and pitch.
The hackathon fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration, while offering early-stage founders insight into what it takes to transform an idea into a viable, market-ready solution. It has since become a cornerstone event in Brisbane’s tech and startup calendar.
